Ferry Ride to Manly
We took the ferry to Manly, which is a lovely beach area that is probably gorgeous during the warmer months. Unfortunately, the day we went was rainy, but the beach was still really pretty. In fact, we liked it more than the beach in Cairns, and Cairns is in a tropical area!
The best thing about going to Manly was taking the ferry back in the evening! We had a gorgeous view of Harbor Bridge and the Opera House at sunset.
