Who thought THIS was a good idea?

Grrrr, I just found out that I get a week off from work in June and a week off in August. Dude, who the heck thought it would be a good idea to split our vacation time into two separate weeks? If my bosses are unwilling to be flexible about this, this could be a dealbreaker. I'm not going to let a little thing like my job get in the way of us going to Australia. Hmm, perhaps I should consult Shweetie before making decisions that affect our household finances, huh?
