The first weekend of June, we flew down to LA to spend some quality time with Shweetie's parents, as his mom's birthday is June 5th. While there we did our requisite activities of eating and obtaining mango drinks from Sinbala. On Saturday, Shweetie's mom wanted to have Japanese food for her birthday dinner, so we planned to go to Taiko, their favorite sushi restaurant, in Irvine. We got to Orange County early in the day so we could eat lunch and go shopping at South Coast Plaza. This is what we encountered shortly after arriving at the mall:

He had done makeovers for people in the area, then they were presented during this fashion show. Then he took questions from the audience. He sounded exactly the same as he does on the show!
Luckily we had our little point-and-shoot camera with us.
