Man, that stomach flu sure is making its way around my early intervention site. At least six kids were absent today with it, and another kid went home early because he came down with it. I also found out that there were at least six other staff members who'd been sick over the weekend, just like me. I apparently had a mild case, because one of my co-workers burst a blood vessel in her eye and another strained a muscle in her back because they were so violently ill. Another co-worker had to go to the hospital because she was so dehydrated and has been out since last Friday. I guess I should consider myself...lucky?
