Sashimi Dinner with Jamu and Sunshine

Jamu randomly said to me one day online, "Let's get fish at the Tokyo Fish Market this weekend and have sashimi and make hand rolls!" Obviously the only logical answer to this exclamation was, "OKAY!! When can you come over?!"

So Jamu and Sunshine came over on Saturday afternoon and we went and bought tons of fish and other goodies at the Tokyo Fish Market in Berkeley. Jamu and Sunshine apparently used to buy fish from there occasionally, back when they lived together in Oakland, and they would simply throw all the fish down on their counter and slice pieces off to munch on. Shweetie, of course, decided to go all out, artistically preparing sashimi dishes.
